About Me

My philosophy to therapy is to bring an opportunity for you to make sense of what's going on in your life, with more understanding of the experiences that impact on you.
To work through the emotions that can hold you back, while gaining knowledge on how you relate to yourself and others.
Offering a space that is safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental, in which life, in all it's complexity, can be explored.
A place where we can work together, to ease what may need healing and an opportunity to live a more healthy, fulfilled life with yourself.
My professional life has given me the insight to work with clients who present with a full range of life's difficulties.
Some of the conditions I have worked with are:
Anger management
Attachment difficulties
Bereavement
Bullying
Domestic violence
Disordered eating
Family problems
Identity issues
Low self-esteem
Self-harm
Sexuality
Stress
Suicidal thoughts
